Join Maxine for a beginner friendly leatherworking workshop where you’ll make two miniature notebook cover bag charms by hand. These tiny leather accessories are designed to hold small notebook inserts while adding a bit of whimsy to your bag or even your larger notebooks! 

During the 1.5 hour session, you’ll choose from a curated selection of leather colours and personalize your charms with leather stamps before learning how to assemble and finish each piece. All materials and tools are provided, no prior experience is required. Leave with two functional, one of a kind leather charms handmade by you!

- Workshop will take place at the MAMEYO Studio in Gastown, Vancouver BC
- This class will be around 1.5 hours in length
- A safety waiver to be signed at the beginning of the class
- Workshops are for 16 years and up

The studio is located a couple blocks from the Steam Clock in Gastown, Vancouver BC.
The exact location will be emailed to you with all the info for the workshop a week before your workshop date.

There is a small step at the entrance of the building and the studio is very cozy, which may not be ideal for all accessibility needs. If you have any concerns or require accommodations, please feel free to email beforehand so we can discuss how to best support you.

Workshop Booking Policy
Bookings are non-refundable.
Changes must be made at least 7 days before your workshop. Within 7 days, bookings cannot be rescheduled, as materials are prepared in advance and spots are limited.
You’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend at any time, just send me their name ahead of the workshop.

Sickness Policy
If you’re feeling unwell, please stay home and let me know as soon as possible.
Rescheduling due to illness may be offered at MAMEYO’s discretion, depending on timing and availability. Last minute cancellations are not guaranteed to be rescheduled.

Duplicate Bookings
If you’ve accidentally booked more than one spot, please reach out within 24 hours of booking.
Duplicate tickets can be refunded within this window, after that standard policies apply.
